We are happy to announce that Benjamin Leruth (RUG) will\u00a0be the\u00a0new editor of Acta Politica. That also means Rens Vliegenthart (UvA) after six years hands over the baton. We want\u00a0to express our debt of gratitude to Rens\u00a0for his dedication and hard work\u00a0as editor of the\u00a0journal together with Emilie van Haute. Under his co-editorship the journal has continued to flourish and consolidate its place as a well read and\u00a0respectable international\u00a0journal of Political Science in the field. It has broadened its international scope and its impact significantly yet\u00a0retains a unique niche as the journal\u00a0of Political Science from\u00a0the Low Countries. Benjamin has started his editorship with the same\u00a0energy\u00a0and ambition as his predecessor\u00a0and is\u00a0together with\u00a0Emile\u00a0already developing ideas to improve the visibility of the journal as well as the organization of the editorial process.
